What is Systemic Supervision for Scrum Master / Agile Coaches?
Supervision is used in counselling, coaching and psychotherapy, and other professions engaged in working with people. It consists of the practitioner meeting regularly with another professional, not necessarily more senior, but normally with training in the skills of supervision, to discuss casework and other professional issues in a structured way.
(Counselling) Supervision does not have any formal authority and therefore optional advice is, indeed, optional. You might be asked questions and offered ideas but since you are the expert on your situation it is up to you how you will proceed.
The purpose is to assist the practitioner to learn from their experience and progress in expertise and become an overall better scrum master / agile coach in the process and can therefore give better and more efficient service to their clients.
What we offer
In-house Supervision
You aren’t the only agile coach in your company? Congratulations!
It can be useful to have a shared supervision process with your colleagues. Since you share sensitive knowledge and might share similar challenges, we can provide a more trusted space for your development.
Please get in touch to discuss how we can assist you.
Workshops
We offer workshops and trainings focussed on specific topics like conflict resolution or coaching in-house.
If there is another topic you and your peers are interested in, let us know — if it’s in our skill set, we can design a workshop matching your specific needs.
Open Groups
In this setting we provide supervision for a small group of five people for five evenings. These people come from different companies to ensure a variety of topics.
Everyone is a star in one of these meetings and gets to discuss their specific work challenge. Since we learn not only from our own experiences, but also from the questions and challenges of our peers, this format offers many insights and perspectives.
Who we are
Caroline Kikisch
I studied social and cultural sciences and worked in various roles in software development and accompanied transformation processes in organizations. In my work as an agile coach and consultant, I became more and more fascinated by conflicts and team dynamics. To better understand and deal with these issues, I have trained as a systemic coach and mediator.
Today I support organizations, teams and individuals to find their way and master their challenges. I am especially happy when I can help people connect where it was recently thought impossible.

Anton Matheis
I studied computer science in Munich and worked as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (SAFe), technical project manager / Product Owner and developer. As such I experienced agile projects from different perspectives: lead from the product, servant leadership and team member of value delivering teams.
As systemic coach and organisational transformation agent with well-founded education and expertise I worked with companies and teams of different sizes in finding better ways of working and delivering value to all stakeholders. I help teams and individuals in developing themselves into envisioned futures.
